Refund Policy

We at TDAUX believe in 100% customer satisfaction and we are committed to serve you best technological solutions.

TDAUX is a ‘SaaS’ (Software as a Service) based integrated business platform, comprising of various software and services, provided by ENVALE SYSTEMS PVT. LTD., INDIA, and called in hereafter in this policy as ‘ENVALE’. The term ENVALE and TDAUX both here in represents the service provider and the platform itself. We thank you for using our platform. As with any software platform and services, certain policies regulate our relationship with our customers.

Subscriptions and Refunds

TDAUX is offered under subscription based model and being a ‘Business Platform’ where you deal with your business matters using services like Partner Network Management, Business Messaging Service, Cloud Storage and Document Sharing etc., which is critical to your business. We are committed to provide uninterrupted services and safeguard your data integrity. At the same time we make sure that your business should run uninterrupted.

There might come situations where you might have to leave our platform, so whenever you feel to leave, please make sure that you have an appropriate time to backup your data, documents and communications. For your ease a subscription cancelation and refund process is defined and governed by various compliances.

Procedure to Unsubscribe

  • You should apply to unsubscribe through subscription cancellation from along with an authorization letter stamped and signed by proprietor/all partners/all directors/all designated persons, as per the legal structure of your organization, e.g. in case of partnership firm all partners needs to sign the form along with the seal, in case of private limited or limited company all directors of the company needs to sign the form.

  • Upon receipt a verification and approval process will be initiated, once approve a designated representative will contact you to initiate following process.
    • Revocation of Rights
      Please note that once cancelation is approved all creation, modification and participation rights from all TDAUX modules will be revoked. You will not be able to create any new user accounts, list any new product, RFQ, RFI, Auction or Tender. You will not be able to add/invite any partner. You will not be able to approve any pending listings. All live listings will be terminated with immediate effect. You will not be able to upload any new files on T-Cloud. You will not be allowed to participate in any third party listings of RFQ, RFI, Auction, tender etc. Basically your subscription account will be freezed on as is where is basis and all your activities are subject to stop.

    • Backup Listings & Communications
      TDAUX provides listing data of your Products, Auctions, RFQs, RFIs, Tenders and business messaging in json/xml format; for that you need to sign in as root user and initiate downloads from the dashboard of relative module. Please note that data download links will be activated only after approval of subscription cancelation form. You can download data of your own listings; TDAUX does not allow you to download the data of other company’s listings where you are participant, for all your submitted Quotes or Bids you should login to relative RFQ/RFI or Auction and take the printout of your bids or download your submitted documents.

    • Backup all documents from T-Cloud
      Due to strict compliance and access control policy, we do not have access to your documents, it’s only you who has the right to access documents stored on TCloud. So you should initiate the backup/downloading of all the documents stored under your account. For that you will need to login in each and every account under your subscription and download all documents through T-Cloud explorer screen and save it in your local drive.

    • Print e-Forms
      If you have created any e-form/s then you should take the printout, e-forms are electronic forms and therefore it’s not possible to download.

    • Deactivate Users
      Once all your listings and documents are downloaded, printed and stored securely at your end, You should go ahead and deactivate each user, you can deactivate all users except root user.

    • Closure Request
      Once you are sure that you have followed above-mentioned steps thoroughly and everything is in place and secured at your end, you can send the final closure request along with required documents, list of which is provided in final closure request form. Upon receipt of final request, we will initiate the closure on our side, please note that final closure will take up two to four weeks, date on which final closure is completed will be called and considered as subscription cancelation date.

Refund of Subscription Money

Once final closure is completed pro-rata based refund will be initiated for the unused period of the subscription, date of final closure (i.e. subscription cancelation date) will be considered as the last date of the usage for refund purpose. Pro-rata based refund of paid subscription amount will be refunded only through physical cheque in the name of the registered organization and not in the personal name of any partner, director or the authorized person. So in case of business closure please make sure not to close your bank account till the refund cheque is honoured, TDAUX under no circumstances will issue another cheque.

Refund of Additional Purchases

In case if you have made any additional purchase of sub-packages of extra User Accounts, Auctions, RFQ, RFI, Tender, Storage or any other extra listings or services is subject to 50% refund of unused portion of the listings or services. i.e. if you have purchased 10 user pack and you have activated 4 user accounts then you are entitled to 50% refund of 6 unused user accounts, on pro-rata bases of the amount you paid for particular sub-package. In case of listings of Product, Auction, RFQ, RFI, Tender etc. listing is considered as utilized/used as soon as it’s created i.e. irrespective of it’s current status whether draft, approved, published or any other status.

Refund of Third-Party charges & Taxes

TDAUX uses various third party services for processing of electronic payment by credit card, NEFT, UPI, Digital Wallet and/or any other means of electronic or physical payment like Cheque/Draft/Banker’s Cheque etc. Any charges implemented or collected by our third party service provider or your banker, credit card company, digital wallet company or any other service provider is non-refundable. TDAUX does not entertain any claim for the refund of such third party charges, you may contact the third party service provider for refund of such charges and they at their own discretion and according to their policy may or may not refund the charges. Any taxes collected either by TDAUX or third party service provider is non-refundable.

Right to Refuse

TDAUX reserves the right to refuse the cancellation and/or refund. It is up to the sole discretion of our compliance and legal department, whether to approve the subscription cancelation request or not. In certain cases, but not limited to, where legal proceedings are going on against the registered organization or where any fraudulent/illegal activities are conducted at the breach of our Terms & Conditions of Usage, or for any other reason where our legal department is of the opinion that closure should not be allowed, we reserve the right to refuse the closure and/or any refund in-turn; for this purpose decision of TDAUX will be considered as final and binding to all parties.

Right to Modify

TDAUX reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy it’s Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site or Services after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. In addition, when using any particular services, you may be subject to any posted guidelines, rules, product requirements or sometimes additional terms applicable to such services. All such guidelines, rules, product requirements or sometimes additional terms are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms.

Jurisdiction & Governing Laws

This policy it’s Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of INDIA. Any dispute related to the Site, the Services or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of INDIA and resolved in the courts of the Ahmedabad jurisdiction.
